Sexy Girl Equals Lower Bounce Rate??

A Sexy Girl Equals Lower Bounce Rate!!!

Don’t believe it for a second. It isn’t true, although others may say differently. How about a sexy dude up there instead?? Come on ladies you must have an opinion?? Let me hear it from you.

Back the topic though.
What is Bounce Rate?? What should it mean to you?? Is it important enough to pay attention to??

I think it is vital that we should know what our Bounce Rate is.

Don’t panic – simply understand the meaning of your bounce rate will help.(If that is what you are interested in that is)

It isn’t all that difficult to understand. Put simply, the bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who only view a single page of your website.

Bounce Rates tell us how interesting the rest of your blog is. The higher your bounce rate may indicate a site of poor quality.

Another thought is about Digg and Stumbleupon. Yes, I use both of them regularly.

If your SU traffic has a high bounce rate, then maybe you need to consider working on the first appearance of your site. What is visible when the page loads and is that a good message to send visitors?

Digg users are notorious for heading to a site, looking at what they see, then leaving straight away.

So just what is a good bounce rate??
Does your site make a first good impression?? (I personally would love to the answer from you on that one) Post a comment and let me know.

  1. Hi,

I just voted for your blog for Bloggers Choice Awards.

  2. Thank you so much for sharing the useful information on Bounce rate, I really like it and looking forward to read more on it.
I think it should be 20-30%

  3. I’m not convinced that bounce rate is a good metric to be too concerned with if you are running a blog. Infact a low bounce rate might be an indication that you are not retaining loyal readers who, having already read your last post, are visiting to read your latest post.

Ofcourse if you have tools on your blog that are valuable for the readers to come back and use frequently, this would steer you back toward looking for a lower bounce rate, but for most blogs a moderately high bounce rate could actually be a sign of health in the sense that they have a good number of regular readers.

  4. who cant resist a sexy babe or hot girl?

  5. First off I want to thank everyone for stopping by and taking time out to post a comment.

Timeshare: Will see if I can find more info about rates but I think that prettym uch says it all.

Dane: Had to read your comment x 2 to make sure I read it correctly. What you say makes sense as neither of my blogs have many readers.
